Is there Sales Tax on my purchase?
Because we are located in California, only California residents will be required to pay sales tax. The amount charged is 8.75% of your order. Shipping in NOT taxable. The sales tax is automatically calculated when you proceed to check out.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Money Orders, and personal checks... Please see our Policies page for more information.

Who created these designs?
We design, create and manufacture all of the jewelry items displayed ourselves. All items are fully protected under copyright law and are completely made in the U.S.

Can I get this made in 14k or 18k White gold?
Yes, all items are available in a complete variety of metals including 14k and 18k white gold, yellow gold, and sterling silver. Most items are available in stock as 14k yellow gold and sterling silver. Other metals may have to be custom made and take app. 2 weeks to complete.

How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed?
Most items ship within 24 - 48 hrs from receipt of payment (Monday through Friday).
If ring sizing is involved, we ask for 2-3 days to get the piece sized (if we don't have it in stock in the size requested already).
Shipping First Class Mail usually takes 3-5 days according to the Post Office. Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available for 2-3 day service or overnight service. You will find these options when you are checking out with your item from the store.

Do you do Custom designs?
Yes, we have many requests for custom work. Please contact us via email with your request and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

How do I size myself for a ring?
Simply stop by any jewelry or large department store in your hometown and they will measure your finger size for free.

Do you have rings in a size _3/4 ?
Yes, we can make any of our rings in 3/4 size increments... for instance 7 3/4 or 8 3/4 or 5 3/4 etc...
Simply order the ring online from our site in the closest 1/2 size increment (i.e. size 5 1/2) and then right after you finish placing the order, just send us an email (info@chrisrobindesigns.com) stating that you would like your ring order to be size 5 3/4...

Do you have a catalog?
All of our designs are listed on the website. Our newest designs are available online...
And while we do have a catalog that we send out to customers, not all of our items are on it. We tend to update our mailing catalog only once a year...
Again, if you have the ability to view items online, you will see all of our newest items there...

Can I ship to a different address besides my own?
Absolutely... we manually inspect every order and shipping address... if we have any questions regarding shipping or verification, we will contact you.
Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and shipping address.

When I make a purchase, will I receive any sort of email confirmation?
Yes. We will send you a series of emails after you place your order. First you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Then we will send a second email notifying you that your order has been shipped and when you should expect to receive it.

Is ring sizing free?
Absolutely. All rings are custom sized for free when they are ordered.
We ask that you make sure you give us the correct size needed when you place your order, as we can only offer this service one time.
If you receive your order and decide you need a different size than your original request, we will be happy to do so for a fee... please contact us about pricing info.
